The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021 has allocated $122,774,800,000, to remain available through September 30, 2023, to the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Fund. Up to 80% of these funds can be used for purchasing educational technology to include hardware, software, and connectivity.
